My Research: Co-Creating Liberatory Spaces

Currently, I am a doctoral candidate in the educational leadership and equity doctoral program at New England College. My dissertation research question is, what are educators' perceptions of liberatory spaces in higher education? I am investigating how inequity, inequality, and injustice are perpetuated in higher education, focusing on the role of power, specifically student power and self-efficacy.
